Enough?

2.5 hours of sleep is enough, right?  

I was doing well on my “beat jetlag” plan. I fell asleep when I hoped to on Day 2, but things went south 2.5 hours later. 

Pain. Pain is stronger than sleep. Pain is stronger than my need to rest. Pain is stronger than my hope to not have a flare up. 

New plan:  survive today, struggle to stay awake, try to lessen the pain, hope for better sleep tonight.
